Recipe of Salted Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 1-2 salted egg
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 1medium sized onion
- spring onion
- 3 pieces calamansi
- 2 tablespoon vinegar/spicy vinegar
Procedure:
- 1. Remove the red shell of the egg.Cut into quarter.
- 2. Cut the onion and spring onion.
- 3. Put 2-3 table spoon of vinegar.
- 4.Put calamansi.
- 5.Sprinkle spring onion.Mixed and enjoy :)
Recipe Of Buttered Shrimp
Shrimp "pasayan" is one of the common dish in the Philippines.It is very popular in the market and used as one of the main ingredients in many dishes too.But aside from it,we can also eating shrimp even in just a very short period of time.This recipe requires a very simple ingredients.We can use alternatives like using sprite cola instead of wine.(Sprite can be bought in the tiangge),but I assure you it can make a very delicious dish a family could enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo large shrimp
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sprite cola
- 5 cloves garlic
- fried garlic
Procedure
- 1.Heat the pan and melt the butter.
- 2.Saute garlic until golden brown and put in shrimp.
- 3. Add the sprite and let boil until sprite evaporates.
- 4.Season to taste with magic sarap.
- 5. Sprinkle with fried garlic.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Of Paksiw na Isda
Paksiw na Bangus Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized bangus,cleaned and sliced(optional)
- 1/2 cup vinegar (I used the native vinegar
- 3 tablespoon silver swan soy sauce
- 1 medium size onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 pieces siling haba
- pepper
- magic sarap
- cooking oil
- salt to taste
Procedure of Cooking Paksiw na Bangus:
- 1.Wash and clean the fish. Remove its scale,intestines and gall.U can request it to be done in the market..
- 2.Prepare all the ingredients.
- 3.In a shallow pan,put the fish together with other ingredients,except siling haba .
- 4.Add 1 and 1/2 cup of water.
- 5.Bring to boil.Add 3 tablespoon of cooking oil.
- 6.Cook for 10-15 minutes.Add siling haba.
- 7.Season to taste with magic sarap and a little salt.
- 8.Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Of Squid with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- medium size squid (head and ink removed
- Sliced potato
- Sliced carrots
- 1 can greenpeas
- onion
- garlic
- salt
- magic sarap
- bell pepper
- tomato sauce
Cooking Procedure:
Clean the squid.Remove and head including its ink.Set aside the head.Cut the squid.Saute it to onion and garlic and sprinkle a pinch of salt.Allow to boil for 3 minutes then remove the squid from the cooking pan leaving its remaining sauce.Add 4 cups of water to it and allow to boil.add potatoes.After 5 minutes add the carrots.Boil for 2 minutes then put the squid again.Add tomato sauce,green peas, and bellpepper.Add magic sarap ang season to taste.
Recipe of Fried Squid with Cheese
Ingedients:
1/4 kilo medium size squid
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 cups cooking oil
sliced cheese
magic sarap
Procedure:
Clean the squid and remove its head.Set aside.Wash the squid and put in a shallow food container.Sprinkle a little salt and on it.Next, sprinkle some magic sarap inside its body and leave for 5-10 minutes.Meanwhile,mix flour and egg.Put the squid in the mixture and leave for 3 minutes.While,waitng, prepare your deep pan for frying.Beofre puuting the squid in the hot oil,insert the cheese in it.Deep fry until golden brown.
Beef Bulalo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Beef (rib part)
- 1 large sweet corn
- 3 medium size potato
- 4 pieces siling haba
- Chinese pechay
- 1 whole onion
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 beef cube
- salt to taste
- 1 sachet magic sarap
Cooking Procedure:
Saute beef in garlic and onion.Add 1 teaspoon salt.Allow its natural water to come out of the meat.Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until its natural water was absorb by the meat.Add 1 liter of water.Let it boil until the meat is tender.(you can add water if necessary).Add beef cube. When the meat is tender,add the sweetcorn and the potatoes.Simmer for 7-10 minutes.Add Chinese pechay and siling haba.Add magic sarap Season to taste.Serve.
