The squid are cut in a circular shape deep in mixture of egg and flour and then cooked by deed frying. This time we are going to try another wonderful andeasy way in preparing squid. We call it squid adobo "adobong pusit". I learned this recipe from my grandfather who happens to love squid very much. At first ,I was thinking twice whether to try it or not because of its black sauce ( my imagination is very rich, hehe) . My mother insisted so I closed my eyes as I tried it. But when the sauce reach my mouth my eyes started to open wide because the color of the sauce does not justify its taste . Want to try it. Here is the recipe that my grandfather shares with me.
