Recipe Of Alimango in Sweet and Spicy Sauce
I really love to eat seafood like shrimp, fish and squid. Seafood is a rich source of protein, vitamins, and minerals; many varieties of seafood are also low in sodium and cholesterol. Not only is seafood delicious, but it's nutritious as well. It's a delightful addition to any meal and is an excellent, low-calorie source of many essential nutrients. Alimango is one of the seafood that the first time I saw it if asking how to eat it. It may be so hard to eat this kind of food due to its hard shell covering but your effort is worth it for its tasteful meat inside.There are different ways to how to cook it,like steamed alamingo and ginataang alimango. Alimango in sweet and spicy sauce is the one I tried to cook. Alimango in sweet and spicy sauce was comprised of alimango and chilli. Alimango in sweet and spicy sauce vary also in the level of sweetness or hottest you like.
RECIPE:
6 medium-sized mud crabs
1/2 cup of Sprite soft drinks
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 tsp of diced garlic
2 medium-sized green finger chilis, sliced
chili powder (optional)
catsup
sugar
flour
magic sarap salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
1. In a large pan, pour in the Sprite and add the crabs. Season with salt and pepper. Wait until the crab is cooked or turned red. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion. After the garlic turned golden brown, add in the finger chillies .
3. Add 1/4 cup of water, 2 tbsp of catsup, and season with salt, pepper and magic sarap.
4. Add some flour to thicken the sauce. You can adjust the flavor by adding a small amount of Sprite or sugar.
5. Add a dash of chili powder (or depending how spicy you want the sauce)
6. Put in the crabs (cut it in halves) and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes.
7. Transfer the crabs in a serving platter and pour in the sauce on top.

Recipe Of Steamed Bangus
Steamed bangus is one of the easiest fish recipes. Us we all know that bangus (milk fish) is the national fish of the Philippines, and it’s also known in the nutrients that we can get form it. The most famous nutrients are the protein.
There's so many ways in cooking bangus(milk wish) like fried bangus,stew bangus and many more. It’s up to you on what way you want to cook it
Steamed bangus is one way on how to cook it with less effort. My own way to cooked it is to fried the marinated boneless bangus. Adding seasoning and ingredients in the inside the bangus will enchance the taste.
RECIPE:
1 pc. Bangus medium size (boneless)
2 pcs tomatoes
1 pcs union
2 pcs union leaves
Salt
Magic sarap
For wrapping:
Aluminium foil or banana leaves
PROCEDURE
1. Put water half of the steamer and let it boiled.
2. Cut the tomatoes union and union leave to you desire size.
3. Put them together in other side of bangus then cover with other side.
4. Wrapped with aluminium foil or banana leaves
5. Put the wrapped bangus int the steamer. Stay for 30- 45 mins.
6.Serve hot

Recipe Of Bicol Express
Bicol express was originated from Bicol where in coconut are abundant and the use of chilli was emphasized in most local meals.
Bicol express is being cooked with pork with a generous amount of Coconut milk and chilli. I read from one article that the reason they call this Bicol Express is that it makes you run for water like an express train as soon as you put it in your mouth because of the hottest depends on how you cooked it. Bicol express is one of my favourite dish and I try to cooked it at home. Bicol Express has so many variations that just about everyone that has cooked this dish had modified it to their own personal preference.. So I come up to my own recipe to how to cook the bicol express.
RECIPE:
1/4kilo pork, thinly sliced
6 pcs.string beans
6 pcs long chili (cut into ring)
1 onion, minced
1 pcs garlic,minced
1 cup coconut milk (first gata)
1cup coconut milk (second gata)
½ tables spoon shrimp paste
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Salt to taste
Magic sarap
PROCEDURE
1.In a cooking pan suite garlic and union, add the slice pork and seasoned with salt and magic sarap for 2-3 minutes.
2.Add the second gata and let it boiled.
3.add the string bean and the shrimp paste boiled until the string beans is tender
4.Add the first gata and the chill.
5.Adjust the taste by adding salt and magic sarap.
6.Let it bowl until the sauce thicken, stir occasionally. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Of Cheese Stick
Cheese sticks is one of the favorite snack of the Filipinos especially of the children. Cheese sticks is one also of the easiest and the quickest snacks to cook. As we all know cheese is valued for its portability, long life, and high content of fat, protein, calcium and phosphorus. Cheese stick is one of the nutritious snacks not only for children but also for the old ones. Here’s the recipe of the home made cheese stick. Try and enjoy.
RECIPE:
1 box Eden Cheese, sliced in small individual pieces
30 pcs. lumpia wrapper cut into 2
1 cup cooking
PROCEDURE
1. Wrap the cheese in lumpia wrapper.
2. Heat the pan and pour-in the cooking oil. Let the oil heat-up for a few minutes. (use a smaller pan to save oil)
3. Deep-fry the uncooked cheese sticks for 4 minutes or until the color of the lumpia wrapper turns golden brown.
4. Remove from the pan and place in a plate with paper towel. Let stand for a few minutes for the oil to drain.
5. Serve with mayonnaise and catsup dip. Share and enjoy!
Recipe of Beef with Pineapple
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo beef, sirloin ,sliced (tapa style>
1 piece large onions, sliced into ring
1 can Fresh cit pineapple tidbits (234 g)
for marinade:
8 cloves garlic
3 table spoon soy sauce(silver swan)
1 1/2 tablespoon calamansi juice
1/4 table spoon black pepper
reserved pineapple juice
Procedure:
Marinate beef for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Drain and reserve marinade. In a shallow pan, fry the beef in 1/4 cup oil until golden brown.Set aside. Retain 2 table spoon of oil in a pan ans saute onion until almost tender/ Add marinade. Simmer for 2 minutes before adding the fried beef and fresh cut pineapple tidbits.Simmer again and enjoy.
Recipe of Beef with Beans and Jackfruit
Ingredients:
1/4 beef
8 gloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1/4 cup string bean
5 pieces jackfruit, slice
4 pieces batwan,medium size
1 cube knorr (beef flavor)
1 piece lemon grass
3 pieces siling haba
salt to taste
Procedure:
1. In a casserole, saute garlic and onions.
. Put the beef , sprinkle a pinch of salt and put the lemon grass.Cover it.Let the natural water comes out of the meat,let it evaporates and beef is golden brown.
3.Add six cups of water, let it boil.
4. Add the beans.Simmer it until the meat and the beans tender.(you may add water if necessary)
5.Add the jackfruit, simmer again until tender.
6. Add the knorr cube, and salt to taste.
7. Add the siling haba,cover for 1 minute.Enjoy.
Note:If you wish to save time in cooking you may use pressure cooker to soften the beans.
